How do I join Paula's Choice Perks?

I already have a Paula's Choice account, am I already in the Paula's Choice Perks program?
Yes—if you have a Paula’s Choice account, you’re automatically enrolled in the program. We recommend signing up for emails to get your latest perks delivered straight to your inbox. Please make sure your email address is the same as your account username. Guest orders will not count toward status points.
How does the tier system work?
The more you shop, the higher your status.
$1 = 1 status point.
Choice Status: 0-149 status points (0-$149)
Preferred Status: 150-299 status points ($150-$299)
VIP Status: 300+ status points ($300+)
What are the benefits (perks) for each tier?
How do I check my status and benefits?
Simply log in, click on “My Account” and select “Paula’s Choice Perks Program.” Your status and current benefits will be listed there.
How do I use my benefits?
Your benefits will always be accessible through your account. We recommend signing up for emails to be notified of status changes and new insider offers. The Birthday Gift, Early Access, Surprise Savings and Holiday Gift are sent through email. The Birthday email is sent during your Birthday month if your Birthday is added to your Account Profile.
Do my benefits expire?
Your benefits are tied to the tier you are currently in. Once you reach the next tier, the benefits of your new tier will replace your previous ones. For example, if you move up from CHOICE to PREFERRED, your PREFERRED benefits will replace your CHOICE benefits. Make sure to take full advantage of your tier’s specific offers to avoid missing out.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months after their associated purchase. For example, if you make a purchase on March 1, 2020 your points from that purchase will not expire until March 1, 2021.
Making it to VIP status:
You become a VIP by spending $300+ within 12 months. Once you’ve gained VIP status, you remain a VIP for a full 12 months regardless of how much you spend afterwards! This means that if you become a VIP on March 1, 2020, your VIP status is guaranteed until March 1, 2021.
Maintaining your VIP status:
During your year as a VIP, we will still be calculating your points in the background. You will need to spend at least $300 in your 12 months as a VIP to keep your VIP status for the following year. If you do not reach that dollar threshold, you will still be in the Paula’s Choice Perks program but moved to a lower tier. You can regain your VIP status at any time.
What purchases count toward my Paula's Choice Perks status?
Only US & Canada purchases made directly from your account on the Paula’s Choice Skincare website (www.paulaschoice.com) will count toward status points. Auto Replenishment orders will count towards your status. Purchases from retailers like Amazon or Nordstrom aren’t applicable. Please be sure to log into your account during checkout to apply your purchase toward your Paula’s Choice Perks status, as guest orders do not qualify.
I just made a purchase, when will I see the new points?
You will typically see new points within 15 minutes on the “Paula’s Choice Perks Program” page under “My Account.” If you don’t see an updated balance, please allow up to 48 hours for us to confirm your purchase. We suggest that you try logging out and back in to see the latest update.
