My order says it was delivered, but I can't find it!
Most missing packages will usually show up within our standard delivery time frame. If tracking shows delivered, and you have not received your order for any reason, our policy is to wait at least 3 more business days before taking further steps for assistance. If it does not arrive after that time has elapsed, we encourage you to contact our Client Service Team via phone, email, or chat within 60 days of placing your order to submit a request.
Please note: If a chargeback and/or dispute is filed for a lost order, the shopping account is subject to closure.
