My order says it was delivered, but I can't find it!
If your tracking information indicates your package has been delivered, but you are unable to locate it, we ask that you wait at least 3 more business days before reaching out to us. Some carriers will mark packages as delivered before they arrive, and most missing packages will show up within our standard delivery time frame (US 5 business days, Canada 10.)
If your order still does not arrive after this time, please contact our Client Service Team within 60 days of purchase so we can promptly resolve this for you.
Please note: If a chargeback or dispute is filed for a lost order, the shopping account is subject to closure and our Client Service Team cannot assist.
