How do I redeem my store credit?
If you have a store credit that has been applied to your account, it will automatically apply to your next order (web, phone or mail) until the full amount is exhausted. If you'd like to view your store credit before you place an order, you can do so by logging in to your Paula's Choice account. Once you've logged in, you will see your Account Dashboard, and from there, click "Billing Information", then "Store Credits." This will allow you to view the store credit that you have available. If your total is higher than your credited amount, the value of the store credit will apply first and whatever is not covered by your store credit will be charged to your selected payment method.
Be sure that you are logged in when placing your order, so that the system uses any store credit on your account. Unfortunately, once an order is placed we are unable to modify it, and we cannot retroactively apply the store credit to a placed order.
