What is Auto Replenishment?
Paula's Choice's Auto Replenishment program is the most convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. The service is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. You always have complete control over your Auto Replenishment orders. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting 'Auto Replenishment' page when logged into your account. Changes to orders can be made up to two business days prior to the next scheduled shipment date.
How do I join Auto Replenishment?
Joining Paula's Choice's Auto Replenishment is easy; it can be done while reviewing items in your shopping cart. To subscribe, simply select the Auto Replenishment option for your desired product, select your preferred frequency, and then check out as normal. Please note that you must have an account to use this feature.
What will happen after I join Auto Replenishment?
After you join Paula's Choice's Auto Replenishment, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access the 'Auto Replenishment' section in your account where you can manage your subscriptions and Auto Replenishment account information. Please bear in mind that your Auto Replenishment page will only show you the next shipment that is scheduled, not all future shipments.
Your Auto Replenishment orders will automatically be processed at your selected frequency, with a reminder email sent out 10 days prior to the scheduled date. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Auto Replenishment account such as, if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.
How do I make changes to my Auto Replenishment?
Once you've joined, Auto Replenishment is easy to manage! You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription by visiting the 'Auto Replenishment' section when logged into your account. Please note, all changes to your Auto Replenishment must be made at least 2 business days in advance of the next shipment in order to process on time.
Change an order date:
To change your next order date, please visit the 'Auto Replenishment' tab within your Account Dashboard and click the 'Change Date' button to the right of the next order date then select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire order.
Skip an order:
To skip a subscription order, visit the 'Auto Replenishment' tab within your Account Dashboard and click the 'Skip Order' button to skip the entire order. The order will be delivered on the next scheduled subscription date.
Cancel an order that has already been placed:
Our online orders process immediately to ensure our clients receive their products as soon as possible. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once submitted. Please read our information about cancelling orders here.
Change shipment frequency:
To modify the delivery frequency for a subscription item, please visit the 'Auto Replenishment' tab within your Account Dashboard. To change the delivery frequency for an individual item, simply click the frequency dropdown next to the item and select your desired frequency.
To cancel a subscription item, please visit the 'Auto Replenishment' tab within your Account Dashboard and click the "Stop Replenishment" option located under where the quantity and frequency are listed next to each product. Your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will receive an email notification confirming this action.
Change shipping address:
To change the shipping address on your subscription, please visit the ‘Auto Replenishment’ tab within your Account Dashboard and click ‘Edit’ next to the listed shipping address. To ensure the address populates to all of your subscriptions, click the check box next to ‘Use for all future shipments’. If you have recently updated your Default shipping address in your account, be sure that the Auto Replenishment page reflects this update. Keep in mind, we are unable to change the shipping address on orders once they begin processing.
To change your billing information:
To update your credit card, please visit the ‘Billing Information’ tab within your Account Dashboard. The selected default credit card is what your Auto Replenishment orders will be charged to. If the card has expired or you recently got a new card, this will need to be updated before your next scheduled Auto Replenishment shipment. Once you have updated your credit card, you can then select the ‘Send Now’ option in the ‘Auto-replenishment’ tab if the order is needed right away. If the order is pending and you have an "Order Processing” on the Auto Replenishment, this means you have updated the credit card on time, and the order will automatically process to your new card within 1-business day.
Please allow up to two business days for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
How do I add a new subscription, or add a one-time item to my next replenishment order?
At this time, we do not have an option to add a one-time purchase item to an Auto Replenishment shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you are wanting to subscribe a new item to your Auto Replenishment, an order must be placed for that item through standard checkout with the Auto Replenishment option selected, or you can contact the Client Services for further assistance. After the Auto Replenishment ships, you will then be able to continue the Auto Replenishment of that product, or remove the item from your Auto Replenishment if you do not wish to continue receiving that product as part of your Auto Replenishment.
How do I combine items to be in the same order?
Auto Replenishment items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order.
If you have more than one Auto Replenishment item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply visit the 'Auto Replenishment' tab within your Account Dashboard and change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.
What types of payments are accepted for Auto Replenishment?
All Auto Replenishment subscriptions require a credit or debit card payment. The default card on your account will be used as the payment method. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, cannot be accepted.
What will happen if my Auto Replenishment item is on sale?
Each Auto Replenishment order automatically receives 15% off and free shipping year round. This promotional offer does not stack with other promotional offers, including our free gifts. If want to take advantage of a promotional offer outside of your 15% off and Free Shipping, you may skip your Auto Replenishment order by using the ‘Skip Order’ option in your ‘Auto Replenishment’ section of your account and place your order manually through standard checkout.
