What is your return and exchange policy?
At Paula's Choice, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily provide a refund or credit (including tax where applicable) for merchandise returned within 60 days of your purchase date, issued in the original form of payment.
RETURNS RECEIVED WITHIN:
0 - 60 days* from purchase date, your return will be processed as a refund, back to the original form of payment.
60 - 180 days from purchase date, returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit does not have cash value and cannot be refunded.
180+ days from purchase date, returns will not be accepted.
HOW TO RETURN:
Step 1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form located on the back of your packing slip. If you are unable to locate your packing slip, please click here to print it out.
Step 2. Package the items for return in any box and enclose the completed Return/Exchange Form.
Step 3. Mail your items to:

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise.
Step 4. Most returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
Note to all customers who use promotional codes on orders: These are considered a discount on the order, and therefore the value of the discount will not be refunded when your return or exchange is processed. Also, the promotional code or discount will not apply to an exchange, if one is requested.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
+ We do not accept empty bottles.
+ Partially returned kits will be reimbursed as a store credit. In order to receive a refund on a kit, all products in the kit must be returned.
+ When an exchange is requested, a store credit will be issued for the returned item, and the credit will be used to purchase the new item. If an item is purchased with a store credit, and returned, it will be reimbursed as store credit.
+ If your original payment method is no longer valid or has passed its expiration date, we are only able to issue a refund in the form of a store credit, for any products returned within 0-180 days.
+ International Clients: Because duties and taxes are collected by the governing country (and not Paula’s Choice) we cannot provide a refund for these expenses. This includes brokerage fees for Canadian Clients.
+If you have purchased Paula's Choice products from one of our authorized resellers, please contact that retailer for return or exchange information. Returns from other resellers like Amazon will not be accepted.
+You do not need to return free gifts with purchase. Gift with purchase items may not be returned or exchanged.
+If you received your product as a gift, it is eligible for a return to a store credit or exchange. Please reach out to Client Services via the Help Center here, so we can obtain the purchaser's information, and confirm the order was placed through Paula's Choice. We can then process an exchange or send you a store credit of equivalent value to the purchased item.
