What is a Private Consultation?
A 20-minute, one-on-one phone consultation with one of our Skincare Specialists in Client Services. Our goal is to bust beauty myths, address any skincare concerns you have, and make sure that your routine is perfectly tailored to your needs.
Whether you've never used a skincare product in your life, or you've been using Paula's Choice Skincare for over 20 years, we can help.

Is there any obligation to purchase?
Our Skincare Specialists are personally trained by Paula and her team, and know exactly what products to recommend, or to remove from your routine. You aren't required to make a purchase, but we highly recommend purchasing once you feel good about your recommendations. Your Skincare Specialist will send a follow-up after the consultation with links to each product, so that you can do any extra research you need to.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring as much detail as you can about your current routine, skin allergies, skin type, and skin concerns.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No, you can cancel or change your appointment at any time and at no cost. Please try and do this as early as possible before your appointment. Even if it slips your mind until the day-of, our Skincare Specialists are happy to reschedule for you.
