How can I track the status my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided during checkout, containing a link to your tracking information.
US clients can sign up to receive delivery updates via text by following the tracking link sent to your email. To do this, enter your mobile number under “Get Text Updates About Your Delivery.”
Occasionally, orders are sent in split shipments depending on our inventory in each of our warehouses. If your order is a split shipment, there will be individual tracking numbers and links next to each product in your order summary.
If there are no updates on your tracking within the last 7 business days (M-F), please have your order number ready and contact our Client Services Team so that we may assist with updates on your order.
I no longer have the shipping confirmation email – is there another way to track my order?
You can also track the status of your order in your Paula’s Choice shopping account if you placed it while logged in. To do this, click on My Account > Orders > Order Details.
