How will I know that my order has shipped, and how can I track it?
Once your order ships, you will be provided with tracking information at the email address you provided during checkout. You should receive this email 24-48 hours after you place your order. If this amount of time has passed and you have not received the tracking email, or are having other issues with tracking, please contact our Client Service Team by email, or by phone 1-800-831-4088 for assistance.
Can I check my order status using my Paula's Choice account online?
If you placed your order while logged in to your Paula's Choice Account online, you can find these tracking details by clicking on My Account at the top of the page, and then Orders. This will allow you to view past orders and tracking information. Again, if you experience difficulties in locating this information, please contact us using the aforementioned email or phone number.
