What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If you receive a damaged or defective* item, we are happy to issue a replacement within 180 days from the date of purchase. Please contact our Client Service Team so we can resolve this for you promptly.
*Some of our products are packaged in airless pump containers that will need to be “primed” before using. We ask that you please try and follow the instructions for this process here, before reaching out to us.
