How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping is 3-14 business days.
Can I choose my shipping carrier?
No, but we've worked with our carriers to ensure that you receive the most cost-effective and expedient delivery. After passing through the Canadian border, orders shipped via standard shipping are generally delivered by Canada Post.
Are prices on your site listed in USD, or CAD?
The prices listed on our site and the order total displayed during checkout are shown in US dollars. After we collect the funds for your order in US dollars, that amount is then converted into Canadian dollars by your bank. The final amount you see on your bank statement can vary, as currency exchange rates can change daily, and some banks incur an additional conversion fee.
What additional charges am I responsible for?
Canadian import fees are calculated on orders of $32 USD or more at checkout so you do not have to pay them later. The following import fees are calculated at checkout based on destination province:
5% on orders shipping to provinces AB/BC/MB/NT/NU/SK/YT
13% on orders shipping to provinces NB/NL/NS/ON/PE/QC
What is the $5 fee on my order?
As a Canadian customer, you've likely noticed a $5 brokerage fee in the shipping section of your checkout page. This is a flat-rate, per-package fee on orders of $120 or more which is collected to cover a portion of the fee charged to us by our shipping carrier for handling the cross-border transactions and customs clearance of the package. This means that, unlike online orders from other companies you may have placed in the past, there should never be any "surprises" at your door in the form of extra charges assessed to you for customs fees, duties, taxes, etc. Please note that the brokerage fee is non-refundable should you choose to refuse or return a package.
